All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some order have 5-8 days domestic shipping at US locations only. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

HOOMEYNOOK hope that you would be satisfied when you received your order. However, we understand that there would be some orders need to be returned or exchanged. Within 30 days after receiving your order, email contact@homeynook.com our customer service to explain the reason for the return/exchange and to request a Return Authorization (RA) number (Please note our Special Restrictions section for return exclusions.)
